Jariwala began his career as an entrepreneur with an industrial manufacturing business. After a challenging start, a leveraged acquisition and many years of continual investment, he executed a successful, but laborious, sale process. Over the next 15 years, he then moved on to a career as an investment banker in New York, and later California. He advised dozens of middle-market, family-owned businesses, entrepreneurs, private and public companies, multinational corporations, ESOPs and management groups. But he never lost sight of what it felt like to be on the business-owner’s side of the table, including the anxiety and self-doubt that comes from going through the complex M&A process alone.
Dhruv’s background includes private equity and corporate transactional experience, supporting multiple acquisitions and leading technology due diligence and integration efforts. Over the last 15 years, his leadership roles have included such functional areas as strategy, digital marketing, technology, customer operations and investment research. He understands how successful business operate and what it takes to achieve growth ambitions. A hallmark of his leadership experience has been enabling teams to anticipate the implications of growth on the business and identify the right times to take action.
